Mallu Paes is founded by Claudio Maidana and his daughter “Mallu”, the project’s name came in honor of his daughter who loves cooking and loves bread. Mallu Paes’ proposal is handcrafted bread made with organic resources and with a minimum of industrialized processes, creating products with quality and a lot of love.

The bread recipes were passed on from generation to generation, carefully modified by the owner, innovating products for more modern breads but with that flavor that will make you remember the bread your grandmother or mother used to make.

The concept of visual identity should contain manual processes, which refer to the old processes of baking and that are used even today, making use of the hands to create the dough. Therefore, the main concept was the use of the hands together with the letter “M” of the Mallu, we worked with the concept of flour on the table, sprinkled throughout the preparation process, bringing the brand a visual aesthetic that connects deeply into manual and organic processes.
